Dear INDAC 2025 Participants,

Following the successful completion of the congress process — which meets the criteria of both the Academic Incentive and UAK Associate Professorship requirements for international scientific events — participants are kindly requested to follow the procedures below for the publication of their papers:

  1. Abstracts:
    All abstract papers will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book. It is important that revised abstracts be uploaded by October 20, 2025, using the template provided on the congress website. Abstracts that do not comply with the required format must be re-uploaded using the official template file (please name the file as “Revised version”).
  2. Full Papers:
    Participants who wish may also have their full papers published in the Congress Proceedings Book. To do so, revised full papers must be uploaded to the system via the congress website by October 20, 2025, using the official full-paper template. Full papers not conforming to the format should be re-uploaded using the provided template file (please name the file as “Revised version”).
  3. Indexed Proceedings Volume:
    Due to an insufficient number of English research papers meeting Scopus or CPCI indexing criteria, no application will be made for a Scopus or CPCI-indexed proceedings volume.
  4. Journal Publication Option:
    Researchers who prefer not to publish their full papers in the proceedings book (i.e., those who do not upload a full paper to the congress system) may submit their manuscripts to the Turkish Journal of Agriculture – Food Science and Technology (TURJAF). There will be no special issue for the congress; submissions will be considered for regular issues with priority. Please make sure to include the note “Presented at INDAC 2025 Congress” in the Message to the Editor section during submission.
  5. Proceedings Book and Certificates:
    The Congress Proceedings Book and participation certificates will be published on the congress website before the end of the year. They will not be sent separately via email or postal mail.
