Publishing

All submitted abstracts and full papers will undergo the conference's standard peer-review process, conducted by independent reviewers, to evaluate their scientific content and overall quality. To ensure originality, full papers must have a similarity index of 25% or less. Authors are required to upload a plagiarism/similarity report for their full papers during the submission process.

1. Conference Proceedings E-Book
   Accepted abstracts and full papers may be published in the Conference Proceedings E-Book following the conference's editorial and review procedures.

2. Submission to TURJAF
   Authors who choose not to publish their full texts in the Conference Proceedings E-Book may submit their manuscripts for consideration for publication in the Turkish Journal of Agriculture – Food Science and Technology (TURJAF).

   Conference participation or acceptance of a conference paper does not guarantee publication in TURJAF. Manuscripts submitted to TURJAF will be subject to the journal's own editorial evaluation, plagiarism/similarity screening, independent peer-review process, revision requirements, and final editorial decision, in accordance with TURJAF's editorial policies.

   Publication charges, if applicable, are determined according to the current TURJAF Publication Fee Policy. Conference participation or payment of any conference-related fee does not constitute a TURJAF publication fee and does not guarantee acceptance or publication.

3. Conference Proceedings and Indexing
   Selected conference papers may be considered for publication in conference proceedings intended for submission to indexing services such as Scopus or the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Indexing is subject to the independent evaluation and acceptance decisions of the respective indexing services and cannot be guaranteed by the conference organizers.

   Publication in conference proceedings and submission to TURJAF are separate publication processes. A manuscript will not be recommended or transferred to TURJAF solely because conference proceedings are not accepted for indexing. Any manuscript submitted to TURJAF must independently meet the journal's editorial and scientific requirements and receive a final acceptance decision through TURJAF's standard editorial process.
