Publishing

All submitted abstracts and full papers will undergo a standard peer-review process conducted by two independent reviewers to evaluate the scientific content and overall quality of the submissions. To ensure originality, full papers must have a similarity index of 25% or less. Authors are required to upload a plagiarism/similarity report for their full papers during the submission process.

  1. All abstracts and full papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings E-Book.
  2. Authors who choose not to publish their full texts in the Conference Proceedings E-Book may submit their manuscripts for possible publication in the Turkish Journal of Agriculture – Food Science and Technology (TURJAF). These manuscripts will be subject to a separate standard peer-review process. Publication is free of charge for international participants; however, a fee of 800 TL + VAT (18%) per article will be charged to participants from Turkey.
  3. Selected full papers of research articles, not published in the Conference Proceedings E-Book and the Turkish Agriculture - Food Science and Technology (TURJAF) journal, will be considered for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings E-Book, which is indexed in Scopus or CPCI. An additional publication fee may be applied, and further details will be announced. If the Conference Proceedings are not accepted for publication by Scopus or CPCI, the full papers will be recommended for publication in the regular issue of the TURJAF journal.
